Came in with a bunch of questions about a personalized cake, expecting the usual eye rolls, but instead, I got Jenn, the manager sent from the DQ Heavens. She was kind, helpful, and somehow didn’t flinch at my barrage of oddly specific cake questions. While the rest of the staff looked like they were being held hostage by soft serve machines, Jenn was out here doing the Lord’s work. I witnessed the same great customer service to others in there as well. Honestly, 5 stars—but they all go to Jenn. The rest of the crew looked like background extras in a zombie movie.

My favorite spot for all things ice cream! Their burgers and chicken strips are great too! It was really busy in here last time I visited and I still got yummy food and ice cream fast and delicious! Kudos to the ladies at this location!
